The Pro Loco Sonico, in collaboration with MUSIL, is pleased to announce a special evening dedicated to observing the celestial sphere, titled "I Light Up Immensely".

The event will offer participants the opportunity to admire the celestial sphere through a telescope, under the expert guidance of physicist Prof. Andrea Zamboni, head of the MUSIL Didactic Area.

In 2014, the MUSE in Trento won the Luigi Micheletti Award, succeeding the Military History Museum in Dresden and the Riverside Museum in Glasgow in the roll of honor, where the award ceremony was held. Receiving the trophy was an emotional and happy Michele Lanzinger, the person who had led the metamorphosis of a historic local institution into the most successful major Italian museum project of the 21st century.

This year too, MUSIL participates in the annual assembly of ERIH Italy, the event that brings together the national members of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
MUSIL is included in the European Route of Industrial Heritage, recognized by the Council of Europe, with the San Bartolomeo Iron Museum and the Cedegolo Hydroelectric Energy Museum, which since 2015 has been one of the 8 Italian anchor points (i.e., sites of excellence).

Water and Ice

From March 20th to April 10th, 2026, some prints and an unreleased video from the “Water and Ice” series by artist Pietro Gardoni will be exhibited at the entrance of Manerbio hospital.
