The thread of a story: textiles, fashion, and Made in Italy at the center of the meeting at the Iron Museum.

On the occasion of the National Made in Italy Day 2026, the Museum of Industry and Labor of Brescia promotes the meeting entitled “The thread of a story. Textiles, fashion, and Made in Italy”, scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Iron Museum in San Bartolomeo, via del Manestro 107 in Brescia.

MUSIL presents "One Hundred Years of Luciano Berio (1925-2025)", scheduled for Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 3:00 PM at the San Bartolomeo Iron Museum (at Via del Manestro n.107 in Brescia).

The initiative includes a talk by Maestro Maurizio Erbi: “For the ideal woman. Berio's sensibility and Cathy's genius”. To follow, a concert by Giulia Bardella with 20th-century music for guitar.

On Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Iron Museum "Lodovico Giordani" in San Bartolomeo, Via del Manestro n.107 in Brescia, will host Voices on Stage. A workshop for adults and children, curated by Giorgia Novellini: short scenes from cartoons and films without audio are re-dubbed by participants. Fun guaranteed with free and imaginative interpretations.

In 1965, Ori Martin experimented with continuous casting in its Brescia plant. It was the first plant in Italy after the one developed by Danieli for Riva in 1964. On Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 5:00 PM, "Work Stories" will be held at the "Lodovico Giordani" Iron Museum (in via del Manestro n.107 in Brescia). Global and domestic, yesterday and today: two faces of contemporary work through the documentary cinema of the Roberto Gavioli National Competition, a prize and archive promoted by MUSIL since 2008.

October at musil – "Lodovico Giordani" Iron Museum of San Bartolomeo: a month of screenings, music, a study day, and workshops open to adults and children. Below is the complete program with dates and times.

On Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September 2025, the San Bartolomeo Iron Museum presents “Animated Weekend”, a non-stop two-day event (from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM) featuring Gamma Film animations, a treasure of creativity preserved by MUSIL: dozens of “caroselli” (short animated commercials) and animated films such as The Long Green Stocking and The Ballad of the West are scheduled.

A walk through the waters north of Brescia, starting from the historic Mompiano Spring, passing through the Garza and Bova rivers, up to the Iron Museum.
- Meeting point: 9:00 AM, Mompiano metro station.
- After visiting the Spring with an A2A technician, the route will be divided into 3 stages, with residents sharing their stories of the place.
- Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
